“In this comedy set in the not-too-distant future, a couple's disagreement over how to construct their child with genetic editing puts their relationship in jeopardy.“

After beginning as a sketch performed onstage at the People’s Improv Theater, my new film, Infancy Edits, is finishing post production. We have begun to enter the film into festivals and once our tour is finished, it will be available for viewing online. This endeavor was inspired by the experience of watching my niece being born into the NICU. I was shown that, despite our best efforts, nature is going to do what it wants to and we have very little say in the matter.

After the experience making my last short, I knew that I had to push forward and make another. Indie filmmaking at this level is hard, and the only way it happens is with a lot of collaborators donating their time and energy into making something that excites them. I was lucky to find a community of people willing to do just that here, and I’m excited to share the results with the world.
